When you meet our Agent to pick up your Rental,
you will be asked to show a valid ID, preferably a passport.

On the morning your rental begins, we will place a hold on your credit card for the full amount of the worth of the devices you have rented. Your card will not be charged, just a freeze placed on the funds. The agent will inspect the condition of the device you are renting, and will make notes of any imperfections. Upon return of the device with condition unchanged we will release the credit hold within 3-5 business days.
